Billing & subscription —
Manage your subscription, change plan, or cancel from the extension popup → Settings → Manage subscription. Opens Stripe Customer Portal.

Match quality —
Adjust your match threshold (0.30–0.95) in Settings → Matching settings to make alerts stricter or more permissive. Add notes to 'Additional requirements' to guide the AI.

Email delivery issues —
Check your Promotions tab (Gmail) or Spam folder. If using a custom alert email (not your Google account), make sure it's verified in Settings.

Account deletion —
Extension popup → Settings → Delete account. All data (resume, matches, email logs, Stripe customer) is removed immediately.
